The closing took place on December 3,2021. We didn't receive our money for two weeks. Our actual house wasn't paid off until January 4, 2022. They seemed rather disorganized and unprofessional. I am thankful it did get finally finished.

Frank Bradshaw is an excellent lawyer and person. He really works hard to do what is in the best interest of his clients. He has helped me tremendously by helping me with my court case. If you want a caring lawyer that will fight for you in the best possible way in the court room you want Frank Bradshaw. He has done his best to help me and my kids and is still doing what is needed to help us. Thanks to Mr. Bradshaw I have primary custody of my two amazingly sweet kids. He is an honest lawyer and person is a very personable lawyer that really cares about helping you. You are not just a number with him at all. There is no one else I would ever choose to represent me if I ever needed help with anything else. If you need a lawyer that will believe in you and fight for you choose Frank Bradshaw. Everyone in his office treated me with kindness and respect. Kelly Stancil was also so helpful in support of my case. This is the best law firm ever. I felt completely comfortable in court and he prepared me for what was to come and put me ease. I knew he would fight for me and my kids and he did. My family thought he was so attentive to my case and was so personable to us all. He is the best lawyer I know of personally and I recommend him 100 percent!

I paid $182 (actually $200..I paid the seller the lawyer fees) to this law firm. My original deed was supposed to be mailed to me; however, I never received it. I called the law firm and they sent me a copy. The law firm claimed they mailed it. I called the register of deeds and was told that my deed was given back to the law firm. I reached out to the law firm several times & no one would reach out to me. I understand that the deed possibly got lost in the mail; however, this business had no interest whatsoever in communicating with me in order to arrive at a resolution being that I paid for a service. I will never use this business in the future, nor will I refer anyone to business.... a very poor display of professional conduct.

I could not be happier with the service and outcome I received from Frank Bradshaw. He was easy to work with & I would absolutely recommend him to anyone...AWESOME JOB :)
