I scheduled a phone consultation with James Dole in Grants Pass based on a recommendation from my accountant. The day before my appointment, I was contacted to reschedule due to Dole needing to be available for court. No harm there. Almost two weeks later, I called in five minutes before my rescheduled appointment and was told that instead of me calling that I would be contacted at the appointed time. I waited two hours and then called back. No answer. I waited two hours again. No answer. This time, I left a message requesting further instructions (i.e. reschedule again?, ask if everything is ok, etc). It has been two days since I left that message and there has been no response as of 8/24/2023. I am uncertain of the reason for the lack of communication, but it has been an overall poor experience.

What a scam.Try to convince me it was going to be hard for them to close out my conservatorship and hand me my deed. That’s why the price would have to be $800 for them to do it. Only to find out after talking to another deed Lawery that the deed was already in my name.
