It's been months since Carlos handled my injury claim and I should've written this review long ago but I have been super busy but I'm doing it now because they deserve and earned a good review. I can't say enough about how well they handled my case. From the moment I walked in the office they were so courteous and considerate. I explained my matter to them and they were sympathetic and professional in how they listened to and advised me on how to proceed with the matter. First of all, they were professional in making sure I had a legitimate claim and weren't going to file some frivolous claims. They didn't conduct themselves like ambulance chasers. I respect that very much. From then on they took my case and kept in touch with me about the proceedings and I even had their personal number in case I had questions outside of office hours. Rarely does any attorney do that but they wanted to make sure that whatever questions or concerns I had were dealt with promptly and they were excellent about that. In the end... they got me way, way more of a bigger settlement than I expected! I was more than satisfied how they handled my case and how they treated me and I highly recommend to anyone that might need legal counsel to give them a call first and see how they advise you.
