I was able to work with Todd and Karen after my car accident and it was the best decision I made. Todd wasted no time in getting started with fighting for what I deserve. 7/19 til present attorney brooks Neely took on my case and assured me that the evidence was sufficient to warrant a claim. After years of back and forth, I have was guaranteed an amount for my lawsuit because all evidence (which I still have) was against the defendant, police report from animal control stated that they’ve been called to my building several times because of a dog. After Neely ask me to send a statement excepting a particular sum for settlement. I never heard from him again. He claimed that the dog that attacked me belonged to the daughter that lived there. However prior to this, we had proof that the owner was there and the person that was with the dog during the attacks as can be seen in the photos and also , the animal control had been there multiple times to the same building. She admitted to the officers that took the complaint. I called about insurance repayments that occurred, he claimed to be waiting on but after sending him the papers it appears to me that everybody was paid except for me and I’m the one that suffered

I can only say that my experience was a very traumatic experience. One in which I struggle with everyday still and why I contacted an attorney to help me as I was badly bitten on my face by a dog that was in my yard. I knew that the long lasting healing process wouldn’t be easy and the need to contact an attorney that deals with dog bites. I stumbled across David! Honestly, I didn’t know if I was capable of going through the “process” in reliving that moment to need to reach out and ask for help!
