The buyer stopped making payments on the property and as we moved towards foreclosure proceedings, the buyer filed bankruptcy to halt the foreclosure. As courts tend to favor debtors over creditors, we relied on Mr Weber's knowledge and experience with the court systems to build a strong case against he debtor. Rather than wait years for the debtor to pay via bankruptcy court decision, he was able to negotiate a deal with the debtor to pay the overdue debt in full. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Weber to anyone.
