Mr Weber sounded Lazy, uninterested, and like he didn't even want to talk to me. He called back hours after I had called the office.n Apparently he was sleeping late or whatever. But I was not comfortable with talking to this lawer and it actually made me feel worse about where I already am. nI hope all lawers don't act like this. (Bad first impression).

I contacted Mr Weber for assistance on bankruptcy proceedings from a creditor standpoint, as we had issues collecting over-due payment on a property that we sold and provided owner-financing to the buyer. The buyer stopped making payments on the property and as we moved towards foreclosure proceedings, the buyer filed bankruptcy to halt the foreclosure. As courts tend to favor debtors over creditors, we relied on Mr Weber's knowledge and experience with the court systems to build a strong case against he debtor. Rather than wait years for the debtor to pay via bankruptcy court decision, he was able to negotiate a deal with the debtor to pay the overdue debt in full. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Weber to anyone.
