If I could get zero stars I would. Allow me to tell why. First off I was given zero notice that these so called debt collectors were trying to collect a debt from me UNTIL AFTER they garnished one of my checks. It happened to come in the mail. So I try to call to set up a payment plan. No one answers. So I leave a voice mail. I try again and the lady transfers me over to my case manager, Angel. She doesn't answer so I leave her a voicemail. Two days go by and I hear nothing. So I call again. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. They transfer me over to Angel, I leave a message and wait another two days. Still nothing. So I call once again only to be told that she's in a meeting but they will notify her that I called. This process went on for over a week. All I wanted to do was to set up a payment plan to avoid having my funds garnished. So now here I am 4 garnishments in, barely able to make rent. They are unprofessional. They don't answer calls. They will not call you back. Especially Angel. If you have the choice of not dealing with them, DON'T!

I have made every payment before the due date. I got on the portal today to pay and they have deactivated my account number so I can’t make a payment online or through the telephone payment option. I keep calling and they will not call me back. Last month they said I didn’t make a payment. When I told him I would send him the receipt and my bank statement of proof, he all the sudden saw in the system that I paid. At first I read the reviews and figured that people were just mad because they had to pay money back. I made my payments with confidence that I would have no issues. I was mistaken.

Called 7/12 to payoff my debt and they processed it today 7/15/24 TWICE leaving my account in negatives. Called my bank & they see the same I was seeing on the app that they processed the payment TWICE my bank put a dispute on the second charge obviously that will take a few days. Called them to let them what they did & of course they say that they only see it one time being charged but when I called the lady had told me how I was going to settle the payment when I gave my case file number so obviously she was trying to have me pay again if I didn’t tell them that I made a payment already in full last Friday. She continued to put me on hold & says they will investigate the matter & would need proof from my bank that it was taken twice!!! The worst debt collector service ever!! This has caused me not only to be left without money & my account being in negatives but a major headache along with stress!!!

This was the company in charge of my garnishment. After months of on time weekly payments I was finally done, except they just kept pulling money out for weeks after my garnishment was finished. They sent me a “refund” check for $75 ???? they owe me over $700. After I informed them that they owe me money still, they stopped taking my calls. Don’t dodge me now, I ain’t doge you. PAY ME MY MONEY.

If I could do 0 I would. Didn't even know I was being garnished until it happened. Was told in the paperwork I have until the end of the year to pay but they garnished my bank of 2700... that's all I had too. Then they sent me a garnishment letter a month later saying I was going to be garnished for 2700 the amount they had already taken. THEN about 2 months after that they started garnishing my checks for "25%"... it's more then that they've been taking out .Not only that they sent a letter to my job saying I owed 3700.... I had already paid 2700!!! So far I owe less then 400 more. Bet they'll take more though. Scammers!
