I was rear ended while I was at a complete stop at a stoplight. The young woman who hit me was going approximately 45 miles an hour and didn’t try to stop at all as far I know. I’m pretty sure she was texting or not paying attention. I had a terrible concussion that made me nauseous and dizzy for four or five days after so I decided to go to the emergency room where they concluded I did have a concussion. I didn’t know what to do I wasn’t sure who to call but I knew I needed to do something quick I was very scared and didn’t know what to do even though it was not my fault I’ve just never been put in this kind of situation before. I Google everything and Robert Livingston always came up as one of the top lawyers around for personal injury. I talk to him one time he was very confident but very kind as well. He made you feel comfortable and made you feel like you could get in touch with him at any time unlike other lawyers. The case is still pending but so far I have been very pleased with him and his firm. He always gets back to me anytime I have a question and he doesn’t wait around till the day of court before he talks to you. He has walk me through everything so I felt like I was more in the loop then on the wayside. I would strongly recommend him to anyone if nothing else call him and talk to him once I’m sure you’ll be convinced as well. Sincerely Renae
Rick Crowl is hands down the best lawyer I could have found. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Rick and his paralegal Kathy were amazing throughout my work comp case. It was on going for 5years. Rick and Kathy were on point, very consistent, and quick to respond the entire process. They were able to work with me when I was available so I wouldn't have to miss any work. I chose Rick because I needed someone who had experience in multiple states and wasn't afraid to take a difficult case and get his hands a little dirty. Things were messy. I was overwhelmed and a year in when I realized the company, I was working for was only looking out for themselves. My company failed to info me of the Statute of Limitations. Rick was very honest and straightforward with me the entire time and made sure no deadlines were missed especially the Statute of Limitations which I knew nothing about until I got a personal lawyer. Some advice from a person who "has been there done that" ..... #1 Get a personal lawyer NOT related to the company you work for from the start. (Rick Crowl) #2 Don't give up. Be that squeaky wheel. Be organized. #3 Take notes on absolutely everything. Write it all down include times/dates and what happened. You can't remember everything. The more you give your lawyer (Rick Crowl) the more he can help you. #4 Get a physical copy from all appointments, all notes, and receipts for personal records. Keep everything together in a file box. #5 No matter how many times a treatment clinic asks for your personal insurance/personal payment in case work comp doesn't pay don't do it. If it's work comp it's work comp. At every appointment state that it is work comp so there is no confusion. #6 Let Rick Crowl at Stuart Tinley Law Firm make your process easier for you.
Kris Madsen represented me after I was hit by a semi. This was a multi-year process that was very stressful at times. His thorough research and wise council were very welcomed, as was his tireless work ethic and very friendly demeanor. I always felt like I was his only concern during any conversation. My wife and I are very thankful for his services and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank You Kris. Further, Rick Crowl was my councilor navigating the Workmans Comp piece. I could not have had a better person in charge of my case and representing me and my family. His knowledge of the ever-changing laws and his tenacity in dealing with the Workmans Comp attorneys were above reproach. His kind encouragement and through explanations were very helpful during this long process. Would absolutely recommend Rick for any dealings with Work Comp. Thank you Rick. Stuart Tinley is a very high-class law firm, from the lawyers to the legal assistants like Kathy Mark. The care that was shown to us truly made us feel like family. Thank you.
Zach Winter worked with me on an estate plan. He was very professional and was able to explain the fine details of the plan. I would highly recommend Zach Winter to others looking to finalize an estate plan in Nebraska or Iowa. Great and friendly service by Mr. Winter and the rest of the support staff.
Rob Livingston was great to work with. Our accident was complex with a lot of moving parts, a lot of people involved. He did a great job of navigating the people and insurance issues.
