I felt very fortunate that I called Ben and retained him to be my attorney. A year ago I was looking for an attorney. I called 20. After I explained my situation in length, less than 5 of them was willing to take my case. So I know it's not an easy case. Ben met me multiple times and spent tremendous time with me during the free consultation phase to understand the case. Because of his dedication and devotion, I felt I lucked out and retained him. Because of the effort he put in to understand my case and details thoroughly, he was able to point out several legal angles to support my case while none of other attorneys were aware of. Those angles helped us in the mediation process tremendously. I take my own job and career seriously and I know that devotion, curiosity, and attention to details someone has in this field would distinguish themselves from others and Ben is someone like that. For that, I trust him completely. After a year of waiting game, we were able to have a very positive settlement from the first mediation. I felt really good to have Ben on my side, who understands me but also understands the system. Sometimes I felt I was so powerless against a big corporation but with Ben, all that can be changed. With his knowledge, skills and compassion, he empowered me, helped my find confidence back in myself and the world, provided me with a positive yet realistic outlook going forward. It's great we got a lot of money out of the mediation, but at the end of the day, what Ben did for me is above and beyond the money. For that, I would give him 6 starts if I could.

If I could give bonus stars, I absolutely would! I can't sing the praises of Ben Blady enough. In what feels like an impossible situation, he's been wonderful. It's not often these days that I've encountered a truly good person, and Mr. Blady is a truly good man. I'm so grateful for his help. Blady Weinreb Law Group are attorney's that know employment laws, and that we're in my corner fighting , working hard on my case .
