I have to express my gratitude for Jonathan Paul and his team for the amazing work ethic, the kindness, and the awesome and thorough handling of my case. Do not recommend for civil litigation beyond a simple eviction or simple real estate contract. Made a terrible mistake of Hiring Weissman to handle a civil litigation. He exaggerated his real experience in the matter, telling me that he had prior experience but it became clear towards the end that he did not. If you want to hire him ask for specific examples of civil litigation cases that he has “won” and look up the cases online. His whole practice is build on pressuring you to settle and has no trial experience.

Sam Weissman is amazing! Down to earth, honest, easy to talk to, smart and really knows the law. I highly recommend him if you need a good & honest attorney.

We hired Jonathon to handle a dispute with a local municipality. Our backs were against the wall with a renovation on our condo in Maitland. When they say you can’t fight city hall, it’s true. However, if you have someone like Jonathan on your team you have the best chance you can. He went to the hearing for us and the outcome was more than favorable.
