I had to rate one star in order to post a comment despite the fact that they deserve none. This legal team was thoroughly incapable of obtaining and keeping medical records on file and their lack of communication with me about my case, both verbally and written, was astounding. After completing pt following a car accident in 2018 I heard absolutely nothing from them for over 8 mths despite my repeatedly calling the office. I was dismissed each time being told that mva cases can take years to settle and the they had to 'send out for more medical records'. After demanding to speak to my attorney in person I was sent a letter stating they would no longer be representing me. Somehow they were able to get my ex a settlement exceeding $200,000 even though he was working landscaping behind their backs while his case was pending. I assumed they would work with an honest person but I was gravely mistaken. Look elsewhere for representation if you're not white and/or privileged.
