A few things I learned during the process is that you have to have a lot of patience as it can take longer than you might expect. First, I love Horne and Wells! They are persistent no matter the case nor time length! I first want to give the biggest shout out to Mrs. Nicole Cici she is a true gem! She communicated with me, answered all my questions and made sure I received what I deserved. She is so much more and have become some I hope to be friends with many more years to come! To Courtney she was efficient and made it her point to reach out to me with any of my final concerns! And lastly, Ms. Jocelyn she is the a sweetheart. Always answering the phone with a welcoming tone and great with following up! Thank you to the entire staff and firm! Keep doing what you all are doing. I wouldn't recommend this law firm. Took four years to settle my case. The whole process was terrible. Bad communication from my lawyers, horrible representation in court. Had to literally be my own lawyer in court, because she didn't care if I won or lost. I was finally paid out and they kept over half the money for themselves. Do yourself a favor and choose a better law firm. I was very disappointed with their representation and wouldn't wish that on anyone.
