Very unprofessional staff. The teller gave me the face when I tried to change $20 and $50 bills to $100 bills the third time in 10 days. I'm sorry missy, but you are a bank. Who else do you suppose to change money for me. The guy next to her told me there would be a fee associated with this transaction, but the amount will be unknown until the transaction is done, so decide not knowing the fee if I want it or not.nWow. Thanks for nothing. I don't have to be in banking to know, this is not how to treat your customer.nI definitely don't treat mines this way.nPeople like you guys, should stay away from the customer service line. You suck. Sorry, there is no better word.
Excellent. This is a top-notch bank where the customers are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. It is also very efficient as can be seen as soon as you enter the front doors. You are immediately addressed and taken care of. There is one bank officer in particular that excelled at her position: Ms. Valerie Gunnoe. My wife and I were so pleased with her incomparable professionalism and efficiency that we began to compare other banking experiences, using this one as the highest metric. The result? This Wells Fargo bank is far above what you might be used to. You'd be very wise to check them out. Afterall, a bank should not just be a place where your money is kept. It should also be a place where you feel an intrinsic bond - a place where the employees make you feel just as important as other clients who have a lot more money than you or I. It should be a place where you feel that you can trust and be trusted. Just like the way it used to be... 5 Stars All Day Long.
