A very unprofessional and unethical agency. They think they are all that, and are nothing but a bunch of strong armed incompetents. Dealt with them before as a Collections Agent, and they sucked back then, STILL SUCK. They need to be investigated by the BBB, for their deplorable actions.
They have no clue of what they are doing very unprofessional never get a straight answer
