I found David to be honest and truly want the best for my business partner and I. We hired a big law firm prior to David that connected us to the treadmill of billable hours that never stopped. David took a completely different approach. He analyzed the entire situation, laid out a game plan, and got amazing results. Even when the other side tried to play dirty, my emotions were flying, but David held a professional line and reminded us that how we "win" is we beat them in court. David ran a professional case in all regards. I rarely take time to write reviews for anyone, but David fully deserves 5 stars and I'm happy to be a reference for him.

If you have an issue or problem that you need resolved I would STRONGLY recommend working with David.

David Wentzel says that legal malpractice is his favorite because it's the hardest to prove. Once he knows you are not buying his sales pitch, he will disappear. Anyone would be better off without an attorney than having David Wentzel represent them. Unfortunately there is no option for no stars, so he gets one star. Stay far away.
