This office and Ms Wentzel were of absolutely NO!! help. My bedridden and nursing care confined aunt lost a legal document and they refused to help her in any way to replace it. She will have to pay another attorney all over again with money she doesn’t have to recreate the lost documents. If confidentiality is the concern, say so!! And send the requested documents directly to my aunt. The letter provided with the lost copy states that “if you need additional copies later, we charge an administrative fee to pull the file and provide you with the requested additional copies.” They refuse to do so after multiple requests and a call with my aunt. Please stay away from this firm if you want an attorney that is helpful to you and your loved ones.
