Thank you Jonathon Cole! My daughter and I hired Jonathon Cole to help us get an untrustworthy Trustee fired. We each had a trust willed to us by my mother who died in 2006. For 9 years we had to deal with this slippery, incompetent and very creepy guy that my mother hired, thinking he was honest and knew what he was doing. She was wrong. Her good intentions were almost completely foiled by this cad. But for Jonathon Cole, things might have gone completely upside down. I'm so glad we found him! Jonathon listened to our looooong story of suffering and was as appalled as we were. He immediately got to work and did a fantastic job for us. He was very cognizant of the fact that our trusts weren't large trusts and made sure that we spent as little money as possible on all the procedures we had to go through. Our trustee wasn't just going to back out gracefully as he should have done. Jonathon, however, was able to help us get rid of this guy without too much fuss. When the other side can spend as much of YOUR money as he wants, to defend himself, he doesn't have anything to lose. Because of this, Jonathon had a difficult task, and he played it all very well. It's a nasty business, but when you have someone like Jonathon, who is smart, talented and practical, and truly has his clients' well being in mind, it takes away a lot of the sting.
