I didn't know our judicial system allowed an attorney to practice in this way So many peoples civil rights have been destroyed Do your homework Any positive review she has must b ftom fsmily or someone dhe hired Please don't hire her
I hired Royce West and Associates to probate my brothers estate and paid them in full for their services. I was assigned an associate that later left the firm, but was still assigned to my case. This associate was less than responsive while at the firm and has become less responsive since leaving the firm. I have complained to the Office Manager and even written a letter to the firm regarding my dissatisfaction. However, there has not been any improvement. It has been almost 1 1/2 years since I retained this firm. I noticed they have good reviews, but I have had a 1 star experience.
Do not recommend they will take your money and refuse to talk I'm done with them and the office manager is phony too we went to Zoom meeting on 5/5/2021 and have yet to hear anything I guess they feel like they can do people any kind of way I went to BBB so I want it documented for the world to know they aint worth it. Its hard to support Black businesses these days.
Great service! Warmly greeted by the receptionist, staff were observed concentrating on their work and the meeting with the law partner was very productive!
