Unethical Practices and Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the Law Offices of John L Di Masi PA, First Service Residential, and the Sweetwater Country Club HOA due to a late payment of my HOA fees. The experience has been nothing short of appalling. Instead of receiving a certified letter from the HOA to address the late payment, they immediately engaged the services of John L Di Masi's law firm. This shady arrangement seems to be a racket designed to exploit homeowners, preventing timely payments and triggering further involvement of this law firm. The reputation of both the Law Offices of John L Di Masi PA and First Service Residential is abysmal, as evidenced by numerous online reviews and word of mouth. The consensus among neighbors is that First Service Residential should be replaced as a property management company as soon as possible. This entire ordeal has only served to reinforce the community's negative perception of both parties. Throughout my dealings with these entities, I encountered nothing but inflexibility and unwillingness to cooperate, despite making a good faith effort to resolve the matter. Their lack of compassion and understanding is both unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I urge anyone considering using the services of the Law Offices of John L Di Masi PA or First Service Residential to think twice. Their unscrupulous and unethical business practices will leave you frustrated and disillusioned. It's clear that they prioritize their own interests above those of the homeowners they supposedly serve. Avoid at all costs!

This law firm is a place to take your money and even they are not responsible for the details of their demand. They are doing fruad. We are going to report them to the office of General attorney as well as Business bearue and ofcourse attorney BAR associations. What they are are legal bullys for hoa's they will give out partial information , if u have to deal with them prepare to be.ripped.off and be told.theres nothing you can do but pay them in a legal way off course .

I would like to give a shout out to Di Masi Law Offices, especially, Patrick Burton, Alicia Perez and Brian Hess. I have been in Association Management for close to three decades and as an LCAM, I find the attorneys and support staff at Di Masi to be knowledgeable, pragmatic, aggressive when warranted, concerned with my Associations bottom line and very responsive. I have unfortunately needed to speak with an attorney after hours or at the last minute during the day on more than one occasion and I have never been disappointed with their responsiveness and their willingness to help me when I needed them the most. Di Masi has achieved more in less than a year with regards to clearing up collections for one of my Associations than the previous collection company did in 18 month's. Great team! I look forward to many more years of working together.

I cant express how grateful I am for Di Masi Law. I have worked with this firm for over 3 years and they never disappoint. I appreciate the level of professionalism from Patrick Burton and his team.
