I called about six months ago and talked to a woman by the name of Amanda. She asked Me a series of questions, and it took about 20 minutes to complete. She told me the attorney named Angelo would be giving me a call back. He never did. About two months ago, stupidly, I called again and spoke to the same woman, Amanda. Once again, she asked me a series of questions and told me that the attorney named Angelo would call me back. Still no phone call back. I called today and a different woman answered the phone who did not state the business that I was calling, nor did she tell me her name. I explained to her what it happened with Amanda, and to my dismay, the woman was rude and snappy with me. She wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence before she butt in and started talking in a cold tone, pretty much letting me know that she didn’t care at all about how I was treated, and how I was not contacted. I did not have an attitude with her, and I was very polite. I will never call this office again, because in opinion, if you can’t get past the reception area, how on earth are you ever going to get decent service from an attorney? I will be calling around and finding a competent attorneys office to not only represent my business, but also to represent me personally. They lost a lot of money by being very unprofessional.

horrible! trying to do a codicil, etc. they could not be bothered. when you call, the receptionist says that someone will call you to set up an appointment. no one has called for 4 weeks-5 calls!
