Our appointment was way beyond with Robert! I went in with my elderly mother and I will say he was able to give us some wonderful information and in a way we could understand! Too many attorneys/lawyers do not explain in a way we people can understand ???? Also he gave me some info on some legal matters for me, free! Will definitely use his services again! Thanks Robert

I live in Illinois and needed representation in Ohio due to a business in Ohio that had promised repair on some items and failed to complete them and then stopped answering e-mails and phone calls. EQUES has been easy to work with, they asked for all of the information and are understanding of my problems with the business that I have issues with. They have done research on the individual and have prepared letters to him, but he has refused to respond and they said that they will get the sheriff's department to take the letters to him. Have been working with Eques for 4 months but the issue with the company has been going on for 11 months.

He took the time to really listen before offering advice and pointed me in the right direction. He was kind and non judgmental which put me at ease! Attorney Matthew Kearney represented my wife for a dissolution. You pay the “retainer fee” of 5k. Then he WILL nickel and dime you. I ended up paying an additional 2k and on our dissolution date - the judge immediately rescheduled the hearing because Mr Kearney filed the paperwork without her signature and made a typo on the child support paper. So, after 2 months of prep, making trips to Berlin, being charged for absolutely ridiculous things, he fails to complete accurate paperwork. If his pricing was $500, $1000, $2000 - fine. You get what you pay for. But I didn’t pay 7k for a “premier” attorney to mess up basic things. He then proceeded to blame it on me for not being in an appropriate location which is bologna. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone unless they enjoy insane costs for sub par work and on going problems on whatever matter they are working to resolve. On the upside - he did provide my ex wife with a latte.
