Update: Gaslighting. Good humans see through this legally polished statement. The correct information is that I became upset at Mr White's blatant disregard to human life, mental health procedures, and his condesending remarks to me regarding my son's death. I became upset at his disregard to my concerns of our mental health guidelines not being followed failing my son . I became upset when he wouldn't answer my questions so I could determine if I even WANTED to hire him. Just because I called doesn't mean I would trust or respect him or want him to take the case. Mr White assumed he would call all the shots. Clearly, he felt my doubts about using him as he quickly lost control of the conversation. That didn't work well for him. He just started talking about his time, and the 50K it was going cost him to just get started, and I was starting to waste his time with questions. I wanted questions answered ....not to just have him get started!!! I won't respond to any more of these rebuttals. I never once called him a name, used profanity nor raised my voice. He is the only person I spoke with. He even lied in this rebuttal, saying "employees." I totally ended the conversation, and because he wasn't in control, he had an issue. I know the truth, and these responses from him disgust me more, confirming I made the right decisions on that call. If this review saves one person from interacting with him and wasting their money or 15 minutes of their time, it was worth it. Have a nice day, SIR. Update: pitiful response.....you chose not to take my son's case because I called you on your disgusting behavior. Please don't gaslight. In addition, your ineptness can be seen in your video talking about the NAR settlement. Realtors have always been able to negotiate for starters....you should be ashamed the reporters knew more than you! Get your facts straight......reputation and integrity are not equal! Original review: Initial call regarding my son's DEATH....pompous, shallow, and uncaring. It's not an ounce of empathy. I get your minutes are precious, sir......but so is LIFE! You should probably find a different focus! No, you are not the attorney I would hire to represent my son.

I wouldn't recommend White Law. Communication was not their strong suit. I was forced to wait additional weeks for a hearing with no communication from the firm explaining the delay. Much of the work done could have been done by a paralegal but instead completed by the attorney, thus costing additional money. Upon receipt of the bill, a client has 7 days to review, but White Law also seems to feel it is appropriate to bill over a month after the culmination of the issue.

After contacting many other Law Firms in Michigan to no avail. The White Law Firm in a fairly short amount of time contacted me to set a free consultation which was timely and informative. The Firm was not able to help me However the Receptionist did take the time to research some other Firms that would be more in line with my issues as well as providing contact information. I Am Appreciative of the Extra Personal Touch that seems to be missing from a lot of other Law Firms Today!! Other Law Firms Should Take Note! AAA+ For Customer Service and Actually Responding to Prospective Clients. Thank You.
