I called this office asking if they could handle my smalls claims court commercial dispute dealing with real estate. While she couldn't assist me she listened to me long enough and referred me to the Chicago Bar Association for more help. Rosanna then called me back and gave me two other firms that could possibly assist me with my case. She didn't have to do that but I felt like she heard the frustration in my voice. People don't have to be nice to you or go out of their way to call you back in today's busy society. I would definitely use her for some other matters if I needed representation.

I would like to give a huge thanks to Mollie and her team for helping me with my probate issue. I was up against 2 siblings trying to sell my deceased mothers home against her wishes of keeping it in the family. Mollie worked with me to keep me focused as the process was very emotional. Our family saw Elizabeth Fink in regards to learning more about getting a relative approved for Medicaid. We had a lot of questions about the relative's home and if it needed to be sold, in addition to spend down issues before and after Medicaid is approved. In April during Covid-19 quarantine, I searched for a lawyer who might school me on estate planning. I called Mollie Whitehead, left a message and received a prompt phone call the next day. She spent quite a lot of time with me answering questions I had related to wills, trusts, power of attorney for health and/or property and deeds. Her answers were clear enough for me to make an informed decision about what I wanted to do. During the month long process and even after the documents were signed, Mollie answered promptly all my emails or calls. Mollie, her partner Elizabeth Fink, and Rosanna are very friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to be helpful. They are a well-organized team. For the signing of the documents, I was offered a virtual or drive-up experience. I chose the drive-up and was met in the parking lot by three masked women keeping a safe distance. Even though I remained in the car, Mollie walked me through each page of the documents. When everything was signed, the witnesses, Elizabeth and Rosanna, took them to the office to make copies. Within a half hour, I had the originals and copied documents in my hands. I especially found helpful a two page letter that Mollie wrote informing me of all the things I needed to do to complete my part of the trust. I had a wonderful experience working with Mollie, and I recommend to anyone the services of Whitehead Fink Elder Law, LLC. Everyone involved made a difficult task doable for me.
