When the patent landscape changed due to the KSR and John Deere cases, Micheal Whitham personally drove down (2 hour drive) to give us a presentation and answer questions about it. How many patent attorneys do you know who do that for all their clients? I've worked closely with 3 patent law firms and Whitham has been the best by far.
