Some very close friends of mine have been dragged into a nightmare by no fault of their own all because this lawyer swept a property rights issue under the rug. According to document dates it looks like he did it more than once too. And its insulting that he keeps offering far less than their damages to make it go away. They didn't even ask for all their losses and he thinks he's in a position to further cheat and damage them for his own mistake. Don't hire this guy, he's just a bad guy.

WARNING - Don't ever get real estate work done by these people. This office handled a closing for a property that was not even able to be sold, pushed through a title opinion that should have found the problem and then when we needed to sell the property we couldn't because of a very long standing claim on it. Now our money is tied up and we are paying another attorney to try to fix it while we wait for title insurance and then possibly legal malpractice insurance to try to recover our damages. I wish I could give them no stars or a negative star rating.
