I hadn't even gotten through the first phonecall to them before I realized they were not the ones to go to. This will be my first time filing, therefore, I have no idea of how the process begins or if this is something I even want to persue. I asked the awful receptionist one question to see if it was, in fact, worth me pursuing this option and she got VERY rude and even raised her voice at me! She made me feel even lower than I had already felt. Not the support I was hoping for. It was awful. Two thumbs down.
