This people are a fraud! They have been taking money from my mother for years with ZERO results, they do absolutely nothing for people, they take advantage of those in need because they are vulnerable and feel that have no options. Stay away from this firm, keep your money and find someone who will actually help you with your immigration case, here all you do is give away your money in exchange for excuses and lies. She went back recently for updates on her case and gave her the could shoulder while asking for extra, this shoul not be allowed to practice law ,much less represent those on need, who actually have been working so hard in every aspect to live a decent and productive life here in the United States

Wow! The low reviews are very concerning and very accurate. This firm uses psychology. They manipulate the situation of your case into making you believe that they are the best choice for you,and that they will solve your case. But the main thing they do is stall your case and make you pay them hefty amounts. They keep track of every payment you’re due,but provide little to none info on the status of your case. Since they are the lawyers! They presume that what they say it’s what goes. You just have to stay quiet and abide by what they tell you,and make payments without receiving results. My advise is! If you are seeking immigration help,do your research first and read reviews. Based on my experience,they were being very shady with me. Something just felt wrong about what one of the top lawyer told me. Besides the nasty attitude that he gave,a kind of an attitude that because he’s a lawyer and i’m not,whatever he says it what goes. Bottom line is this! My case required expert handling like theirs and it was going to cost $15,000 dollars to solve. So! $9,500 dollars down the way paid,nothing at all had been solved. I ended going to another firm. Had to start my procedure from zero,but it only cost me $7,000 dollars and only took 5 months to complete. My advise is! Be very careful with wilens and baker/immigration,do your research and read the reviews. These guys can really twist your case around badly.

Horrible services, they lied to people that are desperate and have little hope; they make you sign the retainers without explaining the terms then starts collecting annual payments for what!!!! Doing nothing!!! nothing, they lied to our spanish community, and the sad part is that the employees are spanish too; it’s ashamed !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE ALL THE VICTIMS SHOULD GO TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FIRMS !!!!!

After spending more than 10K at this place, I can not disagree with all the one star reviews. This place is just a trashy law firm with disrespectful employees who don’t give a damn about the client or client needs, they only care about money. CHOOSE ANOTHER LAWYER.

Don’t go here. We thought they were a good place to go cause of a past experience. But they really don’t care about you. Like other people have said all they care about is the money. They’ll call you as soon as you miss a payment but never with any updates on your case. My mom has tried calling them several times to get an update and they always tell her the attorney and paralegal are busy. And the one time the paralegal finally called her back she hung up on her as soon as she told them that she hadn’t been updated on anything regarding her case. Aside from that they are rude to people especially if you don’t speak the language. One time the attorney yelled at my mom at the front desk because she didn’t write her birthdate on a document. If he would’ve asked he would’ve known we asked his receptionist before we handed it to her and she said “no I don’t think you need to”. So aside from being rude they hire incompetent people. As soon as I heard him yelling at my mom I got up and confronted him. Save your money and go elsewhere. Horrible people all around.
