My 15 year old son was arrested September 22, 2023 with 2 adults who committed a crime that my son is being accusrd of! After 2 months of begging I finally as of December 14, 2023 got an appointment to meet with Mr. Willett in person after multiple emails and phone conversations I must say the receptionist(Bianca Medina)is very rude obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. On a daily, my son has put in request for his attorney to contact him or visit him. After my son’s last hearing, I had my sons probation officer to basically beg Mr. Willett to visit my son because it’s been three months and he’s yet to talk to my son and even get my son side of the story as to what happened that day… The probation officer made aware that same day she delivered the message but she doubt he’d go because he stated “Why do I need to visit him?” Like wow seriously smh Do you think my son ever got a visit or let alone a phone call??? No, he didn’t. At this point, I’ve reached out to the state bar, because if this is not your passion to prove someone’s innocent, and work for your client this should not be his line of work. He has no defense argument on behalf of my son NONE. I will be looking into hiring my son an attorney sooner than later. So be it if I have to advocate for my son myself I will do just that!!!
