If he's court appointed your screwed. Has the rudest paralegal try have just a short conversation that's necessary on the phone very unprofessional. And if you need a appeal done stay away from them

I've used Kevin for other issues in the past. Wills, estate planning, business start-up guidance and assistance, etc. nThis last case was an employment issue. He was very informative, used a strong network of attorney connections to solve the problem. Plus he is very respected around the court house. nI would say, "he listens better than anyone I've ever seen".nMost attorneys employ a "used car salesmen" approach trying to convince you to spend money and higher them. Not Kevin, he will listen carefully and give you an honest opinion on your case.

Disclaimer: Did not work with this office. Called to find out if they could take my case. Was told I would have to pay a $50 consult fee just to speak with an attorney to see if they could take my case. We could save both parties a lot of time if we could just speak for 5 minutes on the phone to determine if this office could help me. If not, then we haven't wasted both of our times and some of my money. So, based on that, I would recommend calling another office.

I've known Kevin for a number of years and he is wonderful. He handled my case and is one of the most caring attorneys regarding his clients. He is a just man, and an honest man. Kevin is also a Godly man and he cares a lot about this community n You don't HAVE to actually "get ahold of him" every time you call once he's taken on your case either, because his paralegal Amy, is as SHARP as they come and there is NOTHING she cannot handle.. If there's an absolute NEED for you to speak with or come in and see Kevin again, trust me, that appointment WILL be set up... But many times people think they have to only meet with Kevin or nothing is going right... And that's far from reality - - I wouldn't trust my business to anyone else... I can count the number of attkr I trust on LESS than one hand.. Kevin is one of them... He is honest, and you'll never have to worry about him running a game on ya like most others of these who slip a few back door deals.. It's not in him... You simply can't find a finer man.
