Worst attorney I've ever hired in my life. Hired him over 5 years ago to intervene for custody of my grandchildren. 5 years later. Nothing never been to court on my case or anything. He will not even offer to refund at least half of my money back after paying him $1,500 up front for him to represent me. I would never ever recommend him to anyone. Worst representation I've ever seen in my life. Take your money somewhere else and find a better attorney is my suggestion to anyone thinking about using him for an attorney

William B Mills did a very great job helping me out with my probate case. As My dad died and his wife that did not live with him over 3 years tryed to step in and clean my father out for everything he had and go after my company because my father and I had the same name. As time went on her and her attorney did everything in their power to have me arrested for false claims What never happened. He fight very hard to show the truth. In the court room He definitely stepped up showing the judge who she truly is how she had no consideration for my father's children and all that she was doing the whole case was wearing about me because my father was very close to me as we lived together and I took care of him. In the end William B Mills did everything that I exactly asked for and got me everything I asked for and what my father would have wanted.

I would rate this attorney a 0 star if I could. He is the worst attorney I ever had. He was hired in 2021 for a child support modification that was served to me. I was NEVER able to get ahold of him. I left emails and voicemails with the receptionist and never received a phone call back. I was only contacted by the receptionist eventually to let me know we had mediation scheduled and he shows up ill prepared. Did not have any documents that I had emailed to him and his receptionist, and apparently never read them either because he was unaware of anything that had transpired since I hired him. During the mediation, I was trying to explain to the mediator about how his receptionist and William weren’t doing their jobs and did not know anything that had happened. William proceeded to tell me not to discuss that with the mediator. After the mediation, I IMMEDIATELY started looking for a new attorney. My case is now finished, everything went completely in my favor by an attorney who cared and worked very hard. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney for anything. He did absolutely nothing on my case and I paid a $1,500 retainer for him to do nothing at a 3 hour mediation.

Mr Wills worked hard to win a difficult case for me. He and his staff were great during this time. I highly recommend Mr William Mills if you need an attorney!

Mr. Mills is definitely the best lawyer in the area. He is very professional, knowledgeable and ethical as they come. I worked with Mr. Mills and Logan nearly 16 months, they're a good team! I started a custody case for my niece in November 2020 and got granted full custody after winning both court hearings as of February 2022. He gave me the opportunity to provide a loving, stable home for her and I'm forever thankful. If I ever need a attorney in the future, Mr. Mills be the first I turn to. Highly recommend!
