TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & SLOPPY QUALITY OF WORK. We sold our house and this law firm represented the buyer. They messed up the check the day of closing, I drove downtown from Clarence to pick it up and the names on the check were wrong again, then when i called they demanded I drive back to downtown Buffalo and they would not send anyone to drop it off. Avoid this this firm at all costs. Mistakes like this should not happen when your dealing with tens of thousands of dollars, not only did it happen once but it happened twice and they did nothing to try to correct it. unacceptable.

Literally the Best attorneys. We used them for several closings, and they are the most professional, caring, helpful attorneys. Mary Claire is simply AMAZING. Cannot say enough about them.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and incompetent. This law firm made the same mistake multiple times and put the inconvience on me to fix it. Gave me the run around and lied when questioned to cover up their mistakes. Not sure if this organization or their employees know they are in a service industry. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
