I recently had the pleasure of working with W. Stover Law, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I reached out, the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff were second to none. The team was deeply knowledgeable and genuinely caring, ensuring that I fully understood every step of the legal process. Mr. Stover, in particular, was a standout. He was not only approachable and empathetic but also incredibly thorough in his approach, which provided a great deal of reassurance during a complex case. His expertise was evident, and his strategic advice was invaluable, leading to a favorable outcome that exceeded my expectations.
After experiencing a terrible car accident as an inattentive drive on I-65 rear ended me at high speeds, I reached out to Mr. Stover to inquire about representation in a personal injury case to ensure the irresponsible driver would cover the cost of any car repairs and my medical bills. I was terrified and so shaken up after the accident, it was very unexpected and traumatic. Mr. Stover offered real time information on next steps of how to navigate the many required forms, police reports, and insurance company navigation and put my mind at ease immediately. His experience and knowledge from handling many other cases like this is so reassuring. His demeanor and communication is so kind and empathetic when a person is experiencing pain and trauma was so impressive to me. If you need any legal representation, I strongly advocate you call Mr. Stover for help!
The entire ordeal was bad! Dealt with his secretary but she must not have given him any of my questions then he gave me his number but that was of little use. Gave me the wrong dates to court, so when I didn’t show up, Mr Stover asks my sons mom (plaintiff) where is he? Didn’t call or do meets before hearings, let me not forget during mediation he tells me “you guys need to hurry up, I’m trying to get out of here by 5:30”…ends of dropping me before I fire him but would not give me a refund after I told him about himself. I ended up having to call my sons moms attorney to settle the case and her attorney told me “ I don’t know you nor have we met but I felt bad for you after witnessing your representation” I could go on but do NOT waste your money! Yes you did represent me ask Jim Potter from Potters law firm. That was the mother of my sons attorney. He told me himself he felt bad for me because who represented me, stop lying.
My experience with Mr. Stover was not positive. I did not feel represented well at all. I could not determine if it was lack of knowledge and experience or lack of motivation. I was charged a great deal of money for very little real support and service. Save your money and hire a competent attorney. I would have inappropriately ended up in jail if I did not fired Mr. Stover and hired a real lawyer. Even so, he tried charging me for services after he was fired.
I had a great experience with Mr. Stover. He was very professional and well qualified. He is a Civil Trial Specialist, and I understood the difference it makes when you have someone that really understands the law, and the process. He did everything that was needed and charged me a fair fee. I was very happy with the result, I highly recommend him!
