As a frustrated landlord, I was referred to Atty. Higgins by his client. I found him down to earth, sober and easy to talk to. Very capable of responding and representing your legal matters. I'm a hard critic, but, he has my appluse!

We do a lot of work with Mr. Higgins, he's an outstanding lawyer. Him and his wife who is the secretary gets all invoices out to us in 24-48 hours or less, answer phone calls and questions in a timely manner and are super reasonably priced for all offerings. As a property manager, I couldn't ask for anything less. Will continue to work with Mr. Higgins until he retires.
