Almost lost $16,300 working with this company. They are either unprofessional or unethical. I am the seller. The buyer agreed to give me some credits for closing. However, this company put it in the paperwork the other way. Instead of my credit, they listed it as my debit. In addition, I am supposed to pay 3% commission for each realtor, resulting in 6% total. However, they put in 4.5% for each (9% total) on the document. It was claimed to be a typo. Personally, I don't think it is that easy to mistakenly type in "4.5" instead of "3" when calculating the commission. I am so glad that I caught it before signing the paperwork! Triple check your numbers if working with this company.
