Do yourself a favor and don’t use this law office for real estate transactions. The office staff is nice but Bill is very rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Completely missed things in our paperwork, results costing us thousands of dollars. It not only took many, many attempts to contact and get clarification, but his answer for the mistake was “sorry”. They charge a little less than others, but you get what you pay for. BEWARE
