Called to do the right thing and pay off my debt and they ran my card for $500more than the amount due and could not tell me when the charge would be reversed but of course ran my card AGAIN for the correct amount. The lady I spoke with was very unsympathetic. That is not a small amount of money. They should do a better job verifying information before charging people.
