Do NOT use this attorney. He loves to get paid but is lazy and late when it comes to doing work. You're better off representing yourself. If I could give negatives stars I would. We did all our own work for our case.

I have legal aid services through my job that I pay for. I went to Mr. Sammons as an approved lawyer. I filled out the initial paperwork to start the process, which I was told would take 1 - 2 months when we could have a court date. After the time period concluded my wife and I called on and off, with either he is out of the office or he is busy and he will call back. He never did. After 4.5 total months I received an email to come in. They Lost the initial paperwork and told us we needed to start over. No words to explain the frustration on our neglect

I have legal aid services through my job that i pay for. Mr. Sammons was appointed to represent me through this service. However, he did not show for my court hearing and made a lot of excuses when I asked him why he was not present. I would not recommend him to anyone.
