Either hire better lawyers, or at least start caring more about your clients. Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, P.C. has disappointed me in every way. When I called and explained my matter, I was told there was nothing I could do, This devastated me especially seeing as how you come to an attorney for guidance, experience and advise based on precedent. Though I was down I continued to search around until I met another attorney in the Hartford area, who immediately got me results, and proved Willinger wrong in that I can file for a "motion to open" and provided me with guidance with steps post initial hearing. The owners may comment and state I'm promoting another firm to water down or invalidate this review, and for that reason I've left out details and refrained from mentioning the other firm. PLEASE READ: If you speak to these attorneys please take it with a grain of salt and seeing multiple opinions. I can guarantee you won't be upset with yourself for spending money and finding out it was a waste of time. A lot of firms do free consultations so look around before choosing to settle with these guys. Thank you. More than 50 years of experience as an employment specialist. He gives great legal advice and is an expert on state and federal laws. He prepares the best lengthy affidavits for his clients to the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I have used them several times, each time the contact from them was very casual rather than the legal advice one is seeking and would expect when contacting such a group. There is no sound advice, no help, I have even received incorrect information!! I usually have to end up consulting what I refer to as a "real" attorney, meaning they are not part of this group. I would not recommend them.
