In my domestic violence case, John heard my story and how the event took place. He knew I was innocent and wrongly convicted, and fought for me and had the case dismissed. Very professional and understanding. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend! John is very experienced and knew exactly what to expect regarding my case. I was very nervous and expected the worst, but I followed his advice and ended up with a favorable outcome.

John did such a great job, he allowed my ex wife to call him in advance on Good Friday to compromise the attorney/client relationship before our meeting, then referred out my case to two other attorneys without their knowledge or consent. Despite the evidence his office and I provided via tampering (per Mr. Wilson's personal request to provide which I fulfilled), John Wilson didn't even want the case. Furthermore, his line of questioning and legal advice in our short meeting wasn't to help me. It was to acquire and absertain information to help my ex wife even though the timeline will conclude that Mr. Wilson initially wanted take my case before Good Friday, 2022. Why else would John Wilson proceed with an appointment with me 3 days later even after my ex wife tampered with the initial legal process? If this statement is considered as malicious and slanderous in nature, reveal to the public that your business or personal cell numbers did not receive nor engage in conversation with my ex wife for an extended period. In the age of technological advances, it's pretty easy to prove your innocence that none of the following events occurred. Now, throw me in jail for libel, slander and malicious public statements. All you have to prove Mr. Wilson is that none of these events occurred. Except Joe Barberi's office does know. Where else would my ex wife know whom to call on Good Friday afternoon to try and tamper with a Personal Protection Order she filed on me, then wanted the PPO amended to fit her own needs? All you had to do was refuse my case. Except you proceeded with the appointment. And now everything I told you is inadmissible once this civil case of domestic spousal abuse eventually does go to trial because of your pre meditated actions. It's known as "chain of evidence". Your story won't match because the timeline and the chain of evidence before our meeting is clearly evident. In other words, why did you take a phone call from my ex wife 3 days earlier, then invite me to your office? It will be my pleasure in District Court when you cross examine me to try and get me to flinch first. Because I won't. It will be you. And no legal threats will work, either. If they did, you would've done so by now. Now, make me an example. You have your story. I have the evidence.

Scheduled a consultation with John. We spent approximately 30 minutes talking and I was charged $200 dollars to be told at the end of the consultation that he doesn't have the time for my case! Well 2 questions come up. If you didn't have time or if you had any indications at all that you wouldnt have the time why take my money and schedule a consultation? Also what is worth your time? Guess my case did not seem to be appealing enough. Maybe it just didn't seem like it would fill his pockets enough. Now I have to go pay an additional consultation fee with another attorney.

John Wilson and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. John is straight forward and honest. He’s a bulldog for what is fair and right and I cannot begin to thank him enough for the many ways he has helped protect my children and I. At this point, John has been successful on all accounts on my end keeping my priorities at the forefront. I can confidently put my trust in John and would recommend others to as well!
