I hired Roberta Winchell to represent a child custody case and the case was left open in case of contempt. She was very expensive and was paid in full. We the clients have called Roberta to have paperwork modified and she will not Call us back!! 15 calls were made and not once did she call back. Poor service We’ve called new attorney. -1 in rating

Winchell made unwarranted threats to take legal action against me, and when I got upset she said something to the effect that she needed to teach me a lesson "not to raise my voice to a lawyer"

I called about a woodboiler complaint and their secretary said they would not tell.me why they would not represented me due to confidentiality ..freemason coverup

Took money for promised legal services. Did not deliver on any legal services and refused to return numerous calls and didn't return money. I filed a dispute with my bank for a refund. Do not recommend.

Roberta Winchell will take an elderly client, separate them from their family, and within an hour create an irrevocable trust that puts her in total control of their money, health, and entire life. Beware if you go to this woman's office. She has done this to many people and once the trust is in place it is very expensive if not impossible to void the trust. My mistake in hiring her to probate an estate cost me over $250,000. She created a trust with my mentally ill relative when she had not been retained to create an irrevocable trust. She auctioned off all of my father's belongings and refused to allow any family member to even collect personal items. She even sold the flag presented by the VA. I received a garbage bag of junk after she agreed in writing to give me personal items. I received nothing I had requested. BEWARE of this lawyer.
