Rory Parks, was rude when speaking to him about an HOA matter. He didn't give me the benefit of the doubt about the situation at hand and eventually realized that the HOA made a mistake. WIth the HOAs mistake, he verbalized that it was still my fault/responsibility and wanted his 1k collection fees regardless. I paid the past due HOA amount and it was reversed 2 MONTHS later because I didn't include collection fees that ultimately are because the HOA was negligent. I found out that Im not the only one this has happened to and actively seeking counsel on behalf of the property owners that dealt with the same issue. Even if you are the HOAs attorney, everyone should have their due process in the matter and be treated respectfully as a homeowner. Definitely unsatisfied with this lawyers office. I rated a one star because I couldn't not not give a rating, but definitely would give 0/5 stars.
