We sold a few pieces to Wohl Associates, and have been to their wearhouse a few times to check out some conveyors and mixers. We havent bought anything yet, but each visit is a pleasure and we learn a little more from their staff each time. They are very knowledgeable over their and we would highly reccoment them if you are in the market for some high quality used equipment

Great company to work with. I just purchased a kettle from them last Wednesday and it arrived today (5 days later). Wohl Associates moves quickly and efficiently. Plus the kettle is in great condition! Thank you guys!

The used bottling line we purchased was very fairly priced and worked as advertised. We were able to visit the Wohl facility before the Coronavirus starting shutting places down and we had a very nice visit with their team. Since purchasing that line, we have looked to Wohl for other equipment and will continue to do so in the future.

I would like to share my experience with Wohl Associates with the intention of preventing them from selling fraudulently to people in the future. Through a Google search, I found a sterilizer that we were interested in purchasing on Wohl's website. I phoned and spoke with Clay, a salesman at Wohl. He indicated that the unit that was displayed for sale on their website had sold but that they had an identical unit in stock. I asked him if the unit was operating and he replied that it was operating when it was removed from the hospital. I made an offer on the unit contingent upon a leakdown test being performed to ensure the chamber held pressure. They accepted my offer and sent me wire instructions for the payment. I instructed them that I would send the wire payment once they confirmed that the pressure test (leakdown) passed. They emailed me stating the leakdown test was performed and that the chamber holds pressure without leaks. I sent the wire to them the following day. Fast forward two weeks and the unit arrives at our location. Upon removal of the packaging materials, we noticed right away that the controls and wire harnesses had been cut and were stuffed inside the Chamber. The photos they had emailed me did not show the controls removed and it showed an empty chamber with both doors open. We have since learned that Steris (the manufacturer of the unit) does not make those wire harnesses anymore and that we were out of luck. One of the chamber doors would not shut properly and we noticed the wheel had been dented so we assumed it had been damaged during transport. After searching for a week, we finally found a service tech to come inspect the door (at a high cost). After removing the door panels and some internals, he showed us that the bearings were rusted and seized which was why the door would not shut properly. The wheel would not turn to lock the door, therefore, it could not seal the chamber. He concluded quite obviously that there was no way a leakdown test was performed and passed as the door wasn't able to close enough to seal the unit. I contacted Wohl and asked about their leakdown test and how it could have possibly passed and also asked them why they failed to mention the wire harnesses and controls had been cut. I asked for a refund on the unit and for a shipper to be arranged to send it back to them. This was their response: "HI CHRIS: You bought equipment “as is” per our Invoice and Terms & conditions sent to you. All used equipment dealers have Terms & Conditions indicating that the equipment is sold “as is”. Do you want me to find a home for your AUTOCLAVE with a company that understands they will need repair to it? I would be happy to find a home for it, but I caution you not to send out negative review about our company so please think twice before doing that. DONNA" Now we are stuck with a very expensive pile of parts that is completely useless to us. Wohl Associates knowingly and fraudulently, indicated to me that they had performed a leakdown test and that the unit held pressure. The service tech said that would have been impossible considering the internal components (bearings) of the door had been seized (rusted) for years and that the door in now ay could have provided a seal that would hold pressure. We have plenty of photos and videos documenting this. I strongly encourage buyers to look elsewhere when buying equipment.I hope this helps to prevent someone from being taken advantage of in the future.

Wohl is a great company with a dedicated staff. I’ve been in their warehouse multiple times and I can see they take care of their machinery to provide the best products for their customers.
