I should have fired these people while I had the chance. It took them months to ultimately pressure me into accepting less then I deserved. I settled for less then I deserved, and then the other party did not complete their side of the agreement. Now I live with the consequences of the fact that the attorney did not stipulate in the settlement that my attorney’s fees would be covered in this situation. So not only did I settle for very little, I was set up in such a way where I can’t even legally retrieve the LITTLE BIT that I settled for. Why did I pay $1500 for negotiations when I could have gone to letterdash.com and paid $420 to draft a whole lawsuit? Not to mention that I had to call the office like a madwoman to even receive an update on my case because they ignored my phone calls, text messages, and emails. Edit: I spoke to the attorney regarding his poor performance and he claimed it was “the right thing to do” for me to take this review down. What a joke. I’m talking to another attorney about suing him for legal malpractice.

Wolfe botched my case big-time. He missed important filing deadlines. Didn't follow up and file key motions. His billing was exorbitant, erroneous and required corrections. Billed for items he had previously agreed not to charge for. He didn't deliver the results he was expected to deliver. Would not recommend him to anyone. Should have hired a better law firm. If I had known about his State Bar disciplinary record, his bad press, etc., I would NEVER have hired him in the first place. Run, don't walk from him. Find a more professional, reliable, and trustworthy attorney.
