Ben Rottenborn is a poor performing trial attorney. He is incapable of understanding basic concepts such as a mismatch in duration of assets and liabilities. This reflects poorly on Stanford as an academic institution, which he allegedly attended for law school. Not an eloquent nor clear speaker. Poor performing supporting council at this firm. Overcharges. Not recommended. It is joke a law firm would say I do not have the ability to review a lawyer's performance when I have video evidence. If you can not take the heat you should not enter the kitchen. No hearsay here buddy. Using your logic, athletic coaches could no longer evaluate player performance with game footage ... I rest my case.

I'm leaving this 5 star, not because I have used your law firm. I'm sure, beside a select few that is currently representing someone, and unfortunately, under this firm, majority of the lawyers and employees from this Law firm, are good, and professional. I'm a JD fan, and I stand with him. But we shouldn't leave fake reviews for the action of an attorney representing the opposition. They still have bills to pay and it's unfortunate they got that job.

Unfortunately we live in a world of social media trolls who support cancel culture. I'm sure the firm has a plan to start "new" once the JD vs AH case blows over. Easy to destroy a business when one performs mind numbing work for 40 hours a week with no sense of self accomplishment. If the trolls even have a real job. Any press is good press. Keep your heads up and find a way to make this benefit you in the long run.

They do not come prepared to court. They object to their own questions… the ask silly questions about make up as they have just drank a mega pint of ‘something’. Def would not recommend.

In the short amount of time that I have had the privilege of working with and getting to know Duggan O’Dea as my attorney and counselor, I couldn’t be more impressed with his extensive judicial knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to protecting the rights of his clients and especially his cheerful willingness to make himself immediately available after hours/weekends. I highly recommend Mr. O’Dea!
