The only positive that I can provide is that I never had to go into an office to meet with Blanca Espinosa and that they recoup the cost of adoption directly from DFPS. My kiddo's adoption was September 2023, we are rapidly approaching a year and several phone calls later and I have not received any assistance with my kiddo's new birth certificate. I have called and/or texted no less than half a dozen times and have not received any response from the receptionist who answers the phone, Blanca, or Mr. Worrell. I am in the process of figuring out how to do this on my own and have grown increasingly more irritated. You may receive a better outcome if this is not a DFPS case, but don't bank on it. I would not ever consider them for my personal matters based on this experience.

I used this law firm after my then boyfriend’s friend recommended them after they assisted him in custody case. I too used them for my custody case and I felt very comfortable with them and how they handled my case. I definitely love and appreciate everything they did for me and my child who I got back after a long nasty battle , but she is now grown happy young woman and finished high school with associates degree along with her high school diploma and is currently attending college .

This law firm is amazing! My caseworker recommended this law firm to us, and my family can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We had so many questions throughout our adoption process and Glenn Worrell’s paralegal (Sylvia) addressed every last one of them, without hesitation. We weren’t ignored but treated like family. On the day of our adoption, Glenn Worrell both made sure my elderly parents were extremely comfortable and that every single supporting person present was involved in the process. It was so beautiful!

What a great Law Firm. We contacted this firm when our adoption of our foster daughter was expedited. Sylvia was on top it. I called her to explain our situation and she explained to me everything I needed to know. Sylvia was there every step of the way. Yesterday when we arrived to court Mr. Worrell was very welcoming not only to use, but to all of our family and friends that came to witness our adoption. Mr. Worrell was very patient with our daughter who is special needs and needs prompts to answer questions. She even hugged him when he was trying to ask her a question in front of the judge. It takes a special person to be patient with children with special needs especially in court and Mr. Worrell did fantastic. He even took pictures with us after we were done. Highly recommended.

It was obvious from the start that they had enormous experience representing adoptive parents.
