If I could give this firm zero stars I would! Dealing with Gene Salinas is the worst, especially when trying to pay a debt! I have had to do all the work for HIS client. He is very unprofessional, and extremely rude. I hope his existing clients have a better experience but for future clients: RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!!

Spoke with Gene Salinas. And he started very helpful. But when he was unable to assist me. He became very rude and insulting. I called to speak to someone to advise them of this matter. And he was even more rude. As he advised me this was not Burger King. I couldn't have it my way! As all i asked for was a copy of my agreement by mail. Very nasty and with bad attitude for customer service rep here.

Nice people very responsive when calling them gene is the lawyer that called me very helpful and was willing to work with me and understood my situation I just wish I wasn't being sued by him I would definitely call Yates & Schiller ????

These people are predators and play shady games with people's lives. Not following through on thier end and filling documents so late there can be no challenge. They give bad Lawyers a horrible name. Never use them

If you would like to confront your particular debt collector, please go to the restaurants in close proximity to their office...you will find them.
