Gail Marr is tenacious. She did an incredible job with my DUI. Before I hired Young, Marr, Mallis & Associates, one attorney told me that ARD was not possible because my BAC was the highest tier, it was a 2nd lifetime offense, and I should plead guilty and expect some jail time. Gail was realistic, she said ARD was possible but not likely and it would be a tough slog. I did everything she told me to do, and she guided me through all the hearings. Long story short, I qualified for ARD! I don’t know how she did it. She is on top of every detail. Calls, texts & e-mails are returned promptly, and the firm’s rates are reasonable. I have met some people with DUI situations similar to mine and they made out a lot worse. I highly recommend Gail and her firm. I was financially struggling and had bills I could not afford to pay off piling up on my counter. I became extremely stressed and decided to look for options on how to resolve this issue. I started by making numerous calls to different bankruptcy attorneys near me I found by searching on Google. Every # I called went to a voicemail (this was a weekday during business hours). I left a brief message with my contact info with all of them. My phone rang within 3 minutes of my last call on list. It was a gentleman from Young Marr & Associates (that last call I made). He spoke in a very friendly, calm manner and let me explain my situation. He had some questions in return and then told me I had a few options. He explained these options in detail. All of this advice and time he was giving me was completely free and he didn’t even ask for my information! I never felt rushed or pressured into any of the options he gave me. Some of these options were not in his line of work and he would not benefit from if I chose. I was scared to even think about filing for bankruptcy but I felt much relief after learning more about it just over this one phone call. (The other attorneys did return my call shortly after however, at this point I already knew I found the one who had my best interest at heart). Details are very important for me in order to make a decision, hence why I am sharing my experience with you in detail. To sum this up quickly... I met with a representative from Young Marr & Associates and knew immediately after that visit that I was going to be okay. After that meeting COVID 19 arrived but they didn’t allow this to delay or disrupt our progress. The only thing that changed was my court appearance over telephone instead of in person (Sweatpants in court? Heck yes!). What I originally thought would be a long and confusing process ended up being the complete opposite. I’m very pleased with my decision to file for bankruptcy (Chapter 7) with Young Marr & Associates on my side every step of the way! I am now on a clear, new path in my journey.
