I wouldn’t work with them again. Paid John Kraft to get a reinstatement payoff that needed to be done in a timely manner over a month ago. The deadline was July 12th. To this day I have received no communication nor the payoff from them. The only communication I received was when I reached out to them multiple times asking them to call me back and they never did . Johns desk was full of papers and I should have known better. I usually work with Rounsavalle title in KY for my Indiana closings but went to John based on a recommendation from my title company in KY.

We used John Kraft to close a real estate transaction. He clearly explained the transaction in a friendly and informative way. The transaction took very little time. The deed was filed and ready for us the same day. They also took care of filing the homestead exemption for us. The office staff were knowledgable and kind. I would recommend for anyone wanting to close a real estate deal. They were about a third of the cost of using a chain title company. I would recommend John Kraft to anyone and would use him again in the future.

Even though I was unable to use Mr. Kraft due to conflict of interest; he was very helpful in explaining the process and why it was a conflict. Seems very sincere and I recommend.

John Kraft was knowledgeable, professional, and personable ...he took time to explain things and did extra research ! Great experience!!!
