I have not had a pleasant experience with Zagury Scott. If/when they release my escrow funds I will update this review. My buyers Wilson Home Realty LLC (beware of these fake buyers) cancelled the contract because I was told by Jeri there was a judgement that was an error according to public record. Downtown they asked me why are you here and your title company can’t handle this? Natalie doesn’t answer the phone to explain why I have not received earnest funds for 4 months wasted after I was eager to close throughout and fully cooperated. It appears they cannot interpret the Florida bar “as is” contract to see who is owed the escrow funds and that I need to hire a lawyer. I definitely would not trust these people with my money after this experience. I hope they can make it right so I don’t have to hire a lawyer and drag this terrible experience longer than it needs to be. I’m hoping this is some big misunderstanding so I can update my review soon and save my lawyers time. I would have loved to have a closing but I need to receive compensation for the time effort and money dedicated to this closing.

Working with this firm was wonderful. They are very efficient, caring and professional. David was extremely helpful in leading me through the closing and explaining things I didn't understand. I look forward to working with the firm again.
