This is quite possibly the worst collections department I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to pay on my account for three weeks and the system keeps saying down. You can’t get anyone on the phone. No one responds to emails. You’d think they’d want their money but clearly not. I have the money to pay off my account and I want to just be done with this headache inducing place. Get you crap together because this is ridiculous
They have a fraudulent collection on me from identity theft. I’ve sent all the paperwork, police report, EVERYTHING that shows it’s identity theft… they refuse to acknowledge it, or even respond. This false charge on my credit is destroying my refinance… they refuse to returns calls or acknowledge anything I send them!!!
I have been trying to reach out to them now for over a week, I can't get into my account, when I call it says systems are down, emails are going unanswered. I can't just drive there due to not having a reliable vehicle. Does anyone know what's going on or possibly another number I could try out?
While paying off a debt for a loved one, it's a brother named LaDarius, that was very helpful in the ordeal. I had bro on the phone for like 45 minutes...but he was relaxed and chill. So, if you get sued by Zarzaur & Schwartz and you're paying a debt for yourself or a loved one...ask for LaDarius and he will make that transaction a painless one.
I have a payment plan with this firm and I am scared I going to go in default because Thier system been down I have finally got payment pending but it's been four days they don't answer calls and don't answer email the one time I did get them on phone they was rude!!! I got sued because I let a truck go and they died me for 8000. The truck was not even worth it.
